Your role
As an Offshore Project Engineer, you are the bridge between planning and execution. You make sure all technical and operational aspects are in place to ensure successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and detailing offshore operations (mobilizations, lift plans, installations)
- Drafting technical documentation such as work procedures and risk assessments
- Supporting project managers during both tender and execution phases
- Coordinating offshore teams (on-site when needed)
- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Maritime Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the offshore or related technical environment
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Willingness to travel offshore for short rotations
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude
